Two Street Studios offer a combination of furnished and unfurnished spaces that can be individually tailored to your needs. Situated in the heart of the city centre at the corner of St Vincent Street and West Nile Street the studios are available to lease for a period upwards of 30 days.
Studios range from 54 sq ft for one to two people to 1,615 sq ft which could accommodate 15-20 people. The spaces are designed to offer occupiers a creative working environment; to include business lounge, welfare and kitchen facilities. We’re in the heart of Glasgow city centre with Glasgow Queen Street Station (including access to the underground via Buchanan Street Station) within a 5 minute walk and Glasgow Central Station is a 3 minute walk. Buchanan Street (Glasgow’s prime retail area) is also very close by.
Two Street Studios are undergoing a refurbishment program with completion anticipated in Q4 2023. Our rents are quoted on an all-inclusive basis; with our licence document designed to be admin-light. Rents include service charge, insurance, utilities and internet connectivity. (Rents do not include non-domestic rates, which will be payable direct to Glasgow City Council, if applicable.)
Two Street Studios offers high speed internet connectivity with a 1GB leased line supplying each building.
